We are a small winery, not a data business. We collect what an order requires and little else, and we do not sell your information to anyone.

What we collect

When you order

We never see your card number. Payment is handled by Vinoshipper and their payment processor. The card details go to them, not to us — we are told only that the payment succeeded.

When you visit

Our site records ordinary technical information: pages viewed, approximate location from your IP address, and what kind of device you used. This is used to understand what people read and to keep the site working.

Why we use it

Who else sees it

Only the parties who have to:

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as alcohol and tax law require, which is several years. Mailing list details are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and it works immediately. You can also write to us and ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we are not legally required to keep.

California residents have specific rights under state privacy law, including the right to know what is collected and the right to request deletion. Ask and we will help — you will not be treated differently for asking.

Cookies

The site uses cookies to keep your cart working and to measure traffic. Your browser can refuse them; the shop may not function properly if it does.

Children

This site is not for anyone under 21, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
